BigCollage is a product of Registrum Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17335572), registered office 38 Chaucer Road, London, E11 2RE. Contact us at hello@bigcollage.co.uk.
What you buy
A high-resolution digital file (JPG) of the collage you designed on this site, without the preview watermark. The price is shown before you pay and is the total you pay. Previewing is free.
Delivery
Your file is made on your own device and downloads from the confirmation page as soon as payment is complete. You can download it again on the same device. If you ask for it, we also email you a copy (see our privacy notice).
All sales are final
Your free watermarked preview shows exactly the collage you will get, so please check it before you buy. Because your file is digital content supplied straight away, you agree at checkout that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once it is ready, and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights: if the file is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Printed orders
You can also buy a printed collage (unframed A3 or A4), or a 500-piece jigsaw or 1000-piece jigsaw of it, in a tin with the collage on the lid. Prints and jigsaws are made to order by our print partner Prodigi and delivered to UK addresses only (UK delivery only). Your print usually arrives within 3-5 working days of your order (about 2 days to make it, then delivery), and the price shown before you pay includes delivery.
If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, email hello@bigcollage.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we will send a reprint or refund, whichever you prefer.
Because a print is made to order from the collage you designed, the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply to it, and as with downloads we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Your photos
You must have the right to use the photos you put in your collage. Your photos stay on your device while you design. Once you buy, the parts of your photos your collage uses are uploaded to make your file and deleted within 3 days, as the privacy notice describes. Face protection when arranging photos is best-effort; check your preview before you buy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the UK nation where you live.
